ESG VNZ was founded in 2019 with a simple but powerful vision: to make sustainable, quality housing accessible to more New Zealanders. We saw a housing market where prices were rising faster than wages, and traditional building methods couldn't keep pace with demand. By leveraging advanced manufacturing in Vietnam and combining it with New Zealand's rigorous quality standards, we've created a solution that's both affordable and environmentally responsible. Our homes are built with precision in controlled factory conditions, reducing waste and ensuring consistent quality. Today, we're proud to have helped over 100 families achieve their dream of sustainable homeownership.
